We Are Hiring : Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) – Clinical Director

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Director . This role involves leading and mentoring Clinical Supervisors, training RBTs, and supporting fieldwork experience while delivering high-quality behavioral services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

As Clinical Director, you will :

  • ?? Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations
  • ?? Develop individualized treatment plans
  • ?? Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions
  • ?? Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress
  • ?? Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA
  • ?? Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families
  • ?? Train and support staff and caregivers
  • ?? Advocate for clients' needs within the community

Requirements :

  • ?? BCBA / LBA certification required
  • ?? Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles
  • ?? Experience with special education preferred
  • ?? Proficiency in assessments, data collection, and documentation
  • ?? Strong communication and organizational skills
