Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Effective communication and negotiation skills to manage multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certifications. Familiarity with sustainable engineering practices and innovative construction technologies. Experience in public sector or infrastructure projects is a plus.
