This is a remote position. If selected, you will be joining a successful team that works as an in-house recruiter for our US-based client. Our recruiters work in a fully integrated environment interacting and communicating directly with account managers and executives in the company. Is there opportunity for advancement? YES! Requirements

Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the construction, engineering, environmental, and renewable energy sectors. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the company. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights. Assist in the development of job descriptions and requirements. Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions and hiring decisions.

Qualifications

5+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on construction, engineering, environmental, and renewable energy sectors. Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates. Strong understanding of the technical skills and qualifications required for engineering roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Strong organizational and time management skills.
