Behind every successful project is a team of exceptional people and that's where you come in.

J-U-B is looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven in-house Talent Acquisition Partner - Engineering Recruiter to help us attract, engage, and hire top talent across our organization. This is more than a recruiting role, it's an opportunity to shape the future of an employee-owned engineering firm known for its collaborative culture, long-term career growth, and people-first mindset.

With over 20 offices across seven states, we are committed to creating an environment where employees feel supported, challenged, and connected to meaningful work. If you are passionate about building relationships, creating exceptional candidate experiences, and helping people find careers where they can thrive, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

  • This role partners with J-U-B Leadership, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop recruiting strategies, source candidates, post jobs, and coordinate interviews. The Talent Acquisition Partner - Engineering Recruiter leads a positive candidate experience, maintains accurate recruitment records, and supports the organization in achieving hiring goals efficiently and effectively.
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through offer acceptance and onboarding transition
  • Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers providing guidance, communication, and accountability throughout the hiring process
  • Champion and promote J-U-B's employer brand by sharing our culture, values, career growth opportunities, and employee ownership story
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality talent in competitive markets
  • Build strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Deliver a positive, engaging, and transparent candidate experience from first contact through hire
  • Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices, candidate evaluation, and effective hiring decisions
  • Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve processes and hiring outcomes
  • Build relationships with universities, professional organizations, and industry networks to support early career and niche recruiting efforts
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hires

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is proactive, organized, and energized by connecting great people with meaningful careers. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, communicates confidently with leaders, and enjoys balancing strategy with execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in professional services, engineering, or technical industries
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and hiring timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for creating a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience

Why J-U-B?

At J-U-B, we believe our people are our greatest strength. We work hard to create a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow their careers while making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: $86,000 $96,000+ annually, depending on experience
  • Professional development and career growth opportunities
  • Coaching and Mentorship programs
  • Performance bonuses for qualified employees
  • Generous vacation and sick leave programs (increases with tenure)
  • Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
  • 401(k) with company match and profit sharing
  • Education Reimbursement
  • Paid Holidays
  • Health club subsidy
  • A collaborative, team-centered work environment
  • Employee ownership opportunities after qualified years of service

The application window will be open through July 16, 2026. Applications will be reviewed frequently, and interviews may be scheduled throughout the posting period.
