The Vice President of Finance Engineering will lead the transformation of the company's global finance ecosystemmodernizing systems, streamlining operations, and driving technology-enabled performance. This executive will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of Finance Technology and Operations, ensuring world-class scalability, accuracy, and insight. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of financial leadership, digital transformation experience, and a passion for innovation that enables the Finance organization to operate as a strategic partner to the business.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and execute a forward-looking Finance Engineering strategy that aligns with the company's overall business and growth objectives.
• Serve as a key strategic partner to the CFO and executive leadership, influencing enterprise priorities and investment decisions.
• Lead finance process transformation across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report to improve efficiency, transparency, and agility.
• Drive the adoption of automation, data intelligence, and modern finance platforms to enable real-time insights and predictive capabilities.
• Oversee the design, integration, and optimization of core financial systems and data architecture, ensuring reliability, compliance, and scalability.
• Establish standards for governance, data quality, and reporting to support timely and accurate business decisions.
• Champion the use of AI, advanced analytics, and digital tools to enhance forecasting, planning, and performance management.
• Foster an innovation-driven culture that continuously improves finance productivity, accuracy, and decision support.
• Collaborate closely with Accounting, FP&A, Business Operations, and IT to align financial data, systems, and processes.
• Ensure Finance solutions meet evolving business needs and regulatory requirements globally.
• Maintain strong internal controls, data privacy standards, and risk management practices across all finance technologies and operations.
• Partner with internal audit and compliance teams to ensure ongoing readiness and adherence to regulatory frameworks.
