We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our Indiana Land Development Group (Civil Site Design) and work with our Indianapolis, IN and / or South Bend, IN offices. Potential candidates can be located anywhere in the state of Indiana or Cincinnati, OH. Our team takes the lead on a wide range of projects including the more traditional residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use projects, and also works alongside our other team members on Power and Energy, parks, streetscapes, and natural resource work throughout the state of Indiana. We are committed to delivering high-quality projects that meet our clients’ needs and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage civil site design projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Guide and mentor talented project teams focused on creativity and excellence.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules and perform quality reviews.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare and review design documents, drawings and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary.
- Lead business development activities to foster and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal V3 teams on the delivery of multi-disciplinary projects.
