In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all mechanical and electrical equipment within the hotel, ensuring that our guests have a safe and comfortable stay. An Engineering Supervisor maintains high morale for engineering shift; teach engineering staff how to maintain and repair equipment; solicit suggestions or input from other members of the engineering team; coach or counsel team members effectively; staff consistently achieves standards for the department; discuss problems with employees as they come up.
