The Product Manager, Streaming Video Engineering, will play a critical role in driving innovation across Digital Network Operations Center (DNOC) tooling and monitoring platforms. This position is responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, leveraging data and ROI analysis to prioritize initiatives, and shaping product roadmaps. By introducing and integrating emerging technologies such as generative AI, automation, and machine learning, the role ensures NBCUniversal remains at the forefront of streaming video operations and delivers reliable, scalable solutions to support global distribution.

• Work across DNOC tools and monitoring systems to identify opportunities for innovation and ecosystem improvement
• Use data analysis and ROI metrics to prioritize initiatives and guide product roadmaps
• Partner with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to evaluate and implement emerging technologies including generative AI, automation, and machine learning
• Lead integration of new tools and workflows into existing systems, ensuring scalability, compliance, and operational excellence
• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure adoption, performance, and financial impact of technology investment
• Drive change management efforts to ensure smooth rollout and adoption of innovative solutions across global teams
• Deliver enablement workshops and training to foster understanding and adoption of new technologies
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, balancing innovation with resource constraints and helping to establish long-term strategic goals and roadmaps

This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Salary range : $130,000 - $150,000
