Collaborate with Materials, Quality, and Test Engineering departments to resolve production challenges.
Monitor assembly quality and performance, ensuring products meet specifications and standards.
Provide on-the-job training to assemblers as needed and support continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications :
2+ years of relevant experience with an Associate degree, or

Basic familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, etc.) for viewing and interpreting drawings.
Solid understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively on the production floor.
