Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle of engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and technical excellence

Drive efficiency through agile methodologies and best practices, optimizing team productivity

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a management role

Strong technical foundation with expertise in TypeScript / Node.js, Java / Kotlin, or Ruby on Rails, and experience with AWS and Datadog

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)

Deep understanding of agile software development methodologies

Strategic and results-driven approach to engineering and team leadership
