A company is looking for an Engineering Test Technician to support design engineers in New Berlin, WI.
Key Responsibilities
Support design engineers with component evaluation, prototype assembly, and product verification testing for VFDs
Execute product and prototype testing according to specifications and analyze results for compliance
Prepare and maintain accurate test reports, data records, and documentation, including safety and EMC certification testing
Required Qualifications
Associate degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience
Working knowledge of variable frequency drive (VFD) design and operation
Proficiency in operating laboratory test equipment for accurate measurements
Hands-on experience with UL, CSA, and IEC compliance testing for drive (VFD) products
