Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and bilingual Property Management & Collections Specialist to oversee daily property operations and tenant payment collections. This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish to maintain strong tenant relations and ensure timely rent payments.
Responsibilities
- Handle rent collection activities via phone, email, and online platforms
- Communicate professionally with tenants regarding balances, payment plans, and lease terms
- Monitor rent roll and financial performance using property management software
- Follow up on unpaid invoices and initiate collection efforts as needed
- Liaise with maintenance teams to ensure timely service request resolution
- Maintain accurate and confidential financial records and documentation
- Provide tenant support while upholding company policies and procedures
- Generate weekly reports on collections status and property updates
