Toddler Lead Teacher - The Learning Experience Dedham

Location : 960 Washington St, Dedham, MA 02026

Schedule : Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Pay : $22-$23 per hour (based on experience and credentials)

About the Role

The Learning Experience - Dedham is hiring a passionate Toddler / Preschool Lead Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This role supports children ages 2-4 in a nurturing, structured, and play-based learning environment designed to build confidence, independence, and a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a toddler or preschool classroom in a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment
  • Implement The Learning Experience curriculum to support social, emotional, and early academic growth
  • Guide and support assistant teachers to maintain classroom consistency and quality
  • Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and progress updates
  • Partner with center leadership to uphold licensing standards and classroom excellence

    • Qualifications

  • Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education or Child Development preferred
  • Massachusetts EEC Preschool / Toddler Teacher qualification (or ability to meet requirements)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a preschool, daycare, or childcare setting
  • Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred
