Office equipment such as computers two-way radios multi-line phone system cell phone copier and fax machines. Demonstrates effective implementation of the eight Iowa Teaching Standards and 42 criteria as a substitute in UCSD classrooms. Demonstrates the ability to enhance academic performance in the classroom. Demonstrates competence in content knowledge appropriate to the substitute teaching position. Uses strategies to deliver instruction that meets the multiple learning needs of students. Uses a variety of methods to monitor student learning and demonstrates competence in classroom management. Maintains a reliable attendance record. Performs other duties as assigned. None Repetitious bending lifting and hand movement. Ability to work while standing moving and / or walking. Drug tobacco and alcohol-free while working. Must be able to see and hear within normal limits with or without corrective lenses or hearing aids. Ability to operate a motor vehicle used to travel between sites. Majority of work is performed in an office or school setting. Occasional meetings outside the school day. Occasional exposure to body fluids fumes noise and hazardous materials and emergency situations. At-Will Employee Per Board Policiesand administrative guidelines.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION - Provide personalized learning that supports each student in achieving their potential. Engages in professional growth and fulfills professional ideal candidate will be responsible regularly available and eager to substitute teach in the classroom.
