Teachers - St. Joseph Early Education Center is seeking a passionate and dedicated Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience working with early childhood children and possess a strong background in child welfare, education, development, and be enthusiastic about creating a nurturing learning environment for young learners.
Requirements :
Personal : Arrives on time and is well-groomed and dresses appropriately for the classroom environment
Planning : Plans and prepares lesson plans, and submits them in accordance with administrative guidelines
Teaching : Interacts with children through instruction methods to include play, music, arts and crafts, reading, writing, science, and physical activities.
Monitoring : Monitors talents, special abilities, disabilities, or problems of each child, and documents issues and concerns and notifies administration
Evaluation : Prepares thorough evaluations of children and provides helpful feedback to parents.
Relationships : Works closely with other teachers and staff in a team teaching atmosphere
Training : Attends State of Kansas, in-service training, conferences, staff meetings and parent meetings as required
Physical Demands : Standing, sitting, walking, bending, pushing, pulling. Must be able to lift 30lbs
Other : Other duties as assigned
