    • Under the Magic Pine Tree is a relationship-centered preschool seeking a full-time Assistant Preschool Teacher who is calm, reliable, and interested in growing in early childhood education. This role offers clear routines, structured support, and ongoing coaching in a collaborative school environment.

    This Role Is a Good Fit If You :

    • Enjoy working with young children (ages birth5)
    • Want to learn how to be an intentional, confident educator
    • Appreciate clear expectations and daily routines
    • Value teamwork and consistency
    • Are open to coaching and feedback

      • Experience is welcome but not required . Mindset and reliability matter most.

      In This Role, You Will :

    • Support daily classroom routines and transitions
    • Work closely with a lead teacher

    • Participate in onboarding, training, and coaching
    • Help maintain a calm, predictable environment
