Job Description

Commercial Lines Producer

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join a growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to contribute to a team-oriented and collaborative environment within a rapidly expanding organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of commercial lines accounts providing exceptional service and driving new business growth.

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary : $48000 - $52000 annually
  • Commission Structure :

Option 1 : 20% commission on all new business in addition to base salary

  • Option 2 : 40% commission on new business and 20% commission on renewals (commission earned after meeting salary threshold)

    • Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts acting as a generalist across various industries.
  • Handle end-to-end servicing of accounts including quoting new and renewal business.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and changes to provide clients with the best possible solutions.

    • Qualifications / Requirements

  • Licenses / Certifications : Property and Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience : Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial lines insurance; 2-5 years preferred.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
