Must hold or be able to obtain a Minnesota Property & Casualty and / or Life & Health Insurance license. Previous insurance or sales experience preferred but not required. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed. Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and basic office software. Must work on-site at our Rochester office.
