Work collaboratively as part of a clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans. Accurately record session data using electronic devices. Create a positive learning environment and engage with families. Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to improve treatment effectiveness. High school diploma or equivalent. Eager to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism. Possess patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations. Services will be provided in clients’ homes or community-based locations. All positions start off as part-time roles. Completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course is required. We seek candidates willing to make a 6-month commitment to change our clients' lives.
