At Wassan Altanakchi-Farmers Insurance Agency, we value our employees and offer competitive compensation packages including a base salary $40,000-$60,000, commission average $20,000, and bonus structure average $30,000. We provide extensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed in this role. As part of our team, you will have the chance to grow both personally and professionally, with opportunities for advancement within the agency.

Responsibilities

As an Insurance Sales Representative at Wassan Altanakchi-Farmers Insurance Agency, your responsibilities will include :

  • Engaging with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations
  • Effectively communicating insurance coverage options, policies, and procedures to clients
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty
  • Reviewing and updating client policies as needed, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals and targets

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have :

  • Prior experience in insurance sales
  • An active insurance license in the state of California
  • Ability to handle objections professionally
  • Strong closing and follow-up techniques
