Industry : Construction

Employment Type : Contract to Hire (Full time; M-F)

Pay Rate : $19-20 / hour, based on experience

Must have office working experience

Interview and Start Date : Immediate (no notice needed)

Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Accounting Assistant to join our team in Corona, CA. This is a fully onsite position in the construction industry, offering a great opportunity for entry-level candidates to gain valuable accounting experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process invoices and daily transactions and expenses
  • Perform administrative support functions
  • Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports
  • Assist with cash posting and processing
  • Communicate with vendors regarding any issues or discrepancies
  • Handle day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable

Qualifications

  • High School diploma required
  • 1-3 years' of experience working in Accounting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus

    • Background and drug screening required

    Pay Details : $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
