We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative and recruitment support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors while assisting with office operations and interview coordination.
Responsibilities :
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Answer and route incoming phone calls
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Manage mail, deliveries, and office supplies
Screen resumes and coordinate / schedule interviews
Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements :
Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable supporting both front desk and recruitment activities.
