Job Title : Accounting Manager (Individual Contributor)

Location : Irvine, California

Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Manager to join our team as an individual contributor. Reporting directly to the Assistant Controller, this role will play a key part in supporting the accounting and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset to help drive financial accuracy and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the month-end close process , including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and internal policies.
• Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements , identify key performance trends, and support strategic decision-making to drive business growth.
• Coordinate and monitor internal controls , and support external audits and tax filings to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop deep expertise in the ERP system , actively participating in system upgrades and implementations to enhance financial operations.
• Act as a cross-functional business partner , collaborating with various departments to resolve accounting-related inquiries and support process improvements.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting support to the Assistant Controller and Controller as needed.
