Job Title : Entry Level Accounts Payable Specialist

Location : Bloomfield, CT

Pay Rate : $20–$22 per hour

Summary

This is a great opportunity for recent college graduates to start their career in accounting. The Accounts Payable Specialist will support invoice processing and vendor payments for a local manufacturing company in Farmington, CT.

Responsibilities

  • Process ~500 invoices weekly using the True Links ERP system
  • Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Perform data entry and filing tasks
  • Answer phones as needed
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks

Qualifications

  • Previous accounts payable or invoicing experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic Excel skills (simple calculations; no advanced functions required)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomfield, CT.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00 / hr.
