Responsibilities

Client Engagement : Initiate contacts with potential clients and provide expert advice on insurance products.

Policy Sales : Drive sales by introducing suitable insurance plans to meet clients' unique needs.

Customer Support : Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring all client inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.

Relationship Management : Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business and referrals.

Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends to effectively communicate the benefits of diverse insurance products.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with colleagues to achieve shared sales goals and deliver optimal service.

Requirements

Licensing : Must have or be willing to obtain a New Mexico Property & Casualty License.

Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales is a strong advantage.

Communication : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are crucial.

Customer Focused : A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
