Pay : $16$18 per hour, plus commission based on successful client placements and sales outreach performance. Hours : 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 10 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM EST. We are seeking a motivated and organized Entry-Level Recruiter to join our team. This role is perfect for someone eager to kickstart their career in recruitment, with responsibilities spanning recruiting, reporting, and sales outreach. As an Entry-Level Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing and attracting candidates, maintaining accurate recruitment data, and supporting our sales initiatives to grow our client base. This is a fully remote position, offering a consistent 40-hour workweek with a schedule of 10 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruiting (60%)
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Post job ads on platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
- Schedule interviews (in-person or virtual) and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Reporting (30%)
- Track recruitment metrics, including applicant volume, interview-to-hire ratios, and time-to-fill.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on recruitment activities and outcomes for management review.
- Ensure accurate data entry and updates in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Sales Outreach (10%)
- Conduct outreach to potential clients to promote our recruitment services and build relationships.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support client acquisition efforts.
