This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that requires direct communication with suppliers, commercial discussions, negotiation exposure, and proficient management of purchase orders. The role involves tracking and closing purchase orders, handling order and shipment follow-ups, resolving delays, and maintaining accurate purchasing data in ERP or structured systems.

• Communicate directly with suppliers and conduct follow-ups.
• Engage in commercial discussions and negotiations.
• Create, track, and close purchase orders.
• Follow up on orders and shipments, managing any delays.
• Maintain accurate purchasing data in ERP or other structured systems.

Work Environment :

This position is primarily office-based with flexibility for working from home, although the majority of the time is expected to be spent in the office. The role is associated with a sister company of a billion-dollar firm in Saudi Arabia within the oil and gas industry.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
