Building and maintaining your own book of business. Meeting with your sales manager to discuss and establish your upcoming monthly and quarterly sales goals and quotas. Developing relationships with local business owners in your territory. Setting your own working hours and submitting them weekly to your sales manager. Following up on provided sales leads and balancing cold-call outreach with warm leads and appointments with existing clients. Submitting your sales metrics and activities daily. Comprehensive training programs, including virtual classroom learning and hands-on field training. Weekly draw pay with eligibility for bonuses and commissions from day one. Quarterly and annual incentives including trips, cash bonuses, and stock options. Opportunities for advancement and promotions based on individual performance. Ongoing professional development, advanced sales training, and leadership training. Increased schedule flexibility after establishing a book of business.
