We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Accountant to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will support essential accounting functions, including accounts payable, cash applications, and reconciliations. Responsibilities :

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Handle bank and cash reconciliations to ensure proper financial reporting.
• Assist with accounts receivable tasks, including collections and basic invoicing.
• Record accounting entries and maintain organized financial records.
• Support cash application processes and ensure allocation accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow.
• Utilize Excel for financial analysis and reporting tasks.
• Contribute to maintaining compliance with internal accounting standards.
• Provide assistance in credit card reconciliations and related tasks.
• Participate in training sessions to gain proficiency in accounting software and processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel is required; familiarity with Netsuite is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work onsite 2-3 days per week as required.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Prior experience in accounting or finance is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Capability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
