Position Overview

As a Retail Sales Representative at Summit Vision Marketing, you will :

Serve as the on-the-ground ambassador for our brand and services

Actively prospect and engage new customers at retail locations or via outreach

Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers

Present and demonstrate our marketing / advertising solutions

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Provide feedback from customers to shape strategy and product offerings

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who :

Is outgoing, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with strangers

Has prior experience in retail sales, direct sales, or business development (preferred but not always required)

Is goal driven and able to self-motivate

Can handle rejection and keep pushing forward

Has strong communication and presentation skills

Is coachable, eager to learn, and can follow systems

Is flexible in schedule — able to work weekends, evenings, and travel locally as needed

Has reliable transportation (if travel between retail sites is required)
