Description : As an Entry Level Account Manager at TMZ Events, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver effective event solutions that exceed expectations. You’ll play a vital role in building relationships, managing client accounts, and ensuring satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Understand client goals and objectives to provide tailored event solutions and maximize satisfaction.
  • Assist in planning and executing events, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations and company standards.
  • Prepare regular status reports for clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or changes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and foster long-term client relationships.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Basic understanding of customer service principles and account management practices.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
