Responsibilities :

  • New client intake
  • Ordering title from Old Republic, payoffs, surveys, estoppel letters
  • Lien searches
  • Preparing closing disclosures and HUD-1
  • Seller documents, and all pre-closing work
  • You will need to communicate with all parties and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications :

  • Must have 1-3 years experience and be proficient with Double Time and Old Republic National Title
  • Must have experience and be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Notary a plus!
