Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, and renewals
  • Process service requests and handle paperwork efficiently
  • Support agents in the office with administrative tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email. and in person
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients as needed

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills - you'll be talking to clients all day
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Friendly, positive attitude and a commitment to excellent service
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
  • Must be willing to obtain P&C insurance license
