Collaborate with agency leadership on outreach and community engagement initiatives as needed. Current life and health insurance license issued by the applicant’s home state, or willingness and ability to obtain the required licensing (guidance provided). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with empathy and professionalism in client interactions. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a remote schedule and business activities independently. Comfort with technology, including CRM systems, video conferencing, and standard office software; training provided. High school diploma or equivalent and a valid U.S. driver’s license. Performance-based, uncapped earning potential. Typical part-time new agents earn approximately $3,000–$5,000 per month; experienced full-time agents commonly earn $10,000–$16,000 per month. Raise eligibility beginning in the first month with incremental increases tied to benchmarks (example : 5% increases with performance milestones).
