We provide you with qualified training, proven scripts, daily mentorship, and a high-energy team environment designed to help you succeed fast.

What Youll Do

  • Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to speak with homeowners about rising electricity costs and solar savings
  • Use company-provided scripts and training to educate homeowners on California solar incentives, financing programs, and bill-reduction options
  • Schedule appointments for homeowners interested in receiving a solar proposal
  • Handle basic qualification questions (roof type, credit, bill amount, shade, etc.)
  • Work closely with closers and managers to ensure smooth homeowner follow-up
  • Track leads, appointments, and conversions in our CRM daily
