A reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a computer setup suitable for remote work. Bookkeeping (e.g., familiarity with QuickBooks or basic financial tracking). Social media management (e.g., creating and scheduling posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, or other platforms). Website development or management (e.g., basic HTML, WordPress experience, Wix, or updating company websites). These skills are not required but will be considered a strong asset for candidates looking to grow within our organization. Pay : $16$18 per hour, plus commission based on successful client placements and sales outreach performance. Hours : 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 10 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM EST. We are seeking a motivated and organized Entry-Level Recruiter to join our team. This role is perfect for someone eager to kickstart their career in recruitment, with responsibilities spanning recruiting, reporting, and sales outreach. As an Entry-Level Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing and attracting candidates, maintaining accurate recruitment data, and supporting our sales initiatives to grow our client base. This is a fully remote position, offering a consistent 40-hour workweek with a schedule of 10 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruiting (60%)
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Post job ads on platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
- Schedule interviews (in-person or virtual) and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Reporting (30%)
- Track recruitment metrics, including applicant volume, interview-to-hire ratios, and time-to-fill.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on recruitment activities and outcomes for management review.
- Ensure accurate data entry and updates in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Sales Outreach (10%)
- Conduct outreach to potential clients to promote our recruitment services and build relationships.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support client acquisition efforts.
