A Day in the Life of the Broadband Technician I :

• Residential install and disconnects
• (data, video, phone) on customer premises
• Ensure / record correct RF and signal levels within specifications
• Communication with leadership and dispatch as needed
• Customer education
• Operate company vehicle in safe and responsible manner
• Other duties as assigned
