Entry Level Janitor

We are an established professional cleaning services company and are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and low rates. We are excited to expand our team and hire multiple Part-Time Janitors in West Covina, CA!

All hired applicants will begin training in Rancho Cucamonga, CA or West Covina. Once training is completed, employees can be transferred to sites in surrounding cities : Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, and Pomona.

Responsibilities

  • Perform housekeeping and janitorial duties. (General cleaning, maintenance, vacuum, sweep, mop, stocking restrooms, cleaning spills.)
  • Frequently use sanitation / disinfecting equipment.
  • Mix cleaning solutions to the appropriate strength.
  • Remove trash from offices, workshop area, and other work areas.
  • Restock bathrooms, kitchens, offices, and other public areas with the necessary supplies.
  • Sanitization of machinery, equipment, and multiple surface types.
  • Disinfect assigned rooms, including all surfaces, floors, grout cleaning, equipment, machinery, frequently touched areas.
  • Perform other related duties as needed.
  • Adheres to company policies and safety procedures and follows an established routine.

Requirements

  • 0-1 years of experience in commercial / industrial / residential
  • Solid physical ability. (Standing, crouching, stooping, kneeling, lifting 50 lbs. daily.)
  • Some knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
  • Experience with pressure washer is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus.

    • Schedule

  • 2nd shift 3 : 00pm - 11 : 30pm $16.50 / hour
  • Initially, start with a part-time schedule.
  • Weekend availability is a MUST.

    • Dress Code

  • All Black Attire
  • Black tennis shoes
  • Uniform provided after completion of training
