Project Management Assistant
Project Management Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of various construction projects. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers and team members to facilitate project success and uphold the high standards of Alta E&I. This is an in-person office position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers in initial project set up.
- Work closely with project teams, engineers, and technicians to allocate resources effectively.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to enhance productivity and morale.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports
- Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling
- Produce daily and weekly reports
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Computer literacy Microsoft suite
- Excellent time management
- Basic math skills
- Basic writing skills
