Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and reliableMachine Operatorto join our production team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing. You will be trained to operate machinery used in the production of metal roofing materials and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor metal forming and cutting machines
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Follow safety procedures and company policies
  • Assist with loading / unloading materials and organizing work areas
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • No prior experience required; training will be provided
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment
