Over the course of approximately 3‑ to 5‑year training period, you will gain exposure to all key operational disciplines, including drilling, completions, production, and HSE. Mewbourne Oil Company is committed to developing well‑rounded engineers, and our “boots on the ground” philosophy places operations engineers as close to the wellsite as possible to streamline supervision and promote efficient, responsible operations.
