Position Overview
The Entry-Level Manager position is designed for individuals who are motivated to build a long-term career in sales , marketing, and team leadership. In this role, you’ll start by mastering the fundamentals of customer engagement and in-store representation while learning how to coach and develop others.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in client relations, territory management, and sales strategy while preparing for future advancement into management and executive roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent top national clients and drive brand awareness within major retail locations
- Lead by example on the sales floor by engaging customers, identifying their needs, and delivering product knowledge
- Train, coach, and motivate a team of representatives to meet and exceed sales goals
- Analyze performance data to improve individual and team results
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute marketing strategies
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure compliance with brand guidelines
- Conduct team meetings, provide performance feedback, and assist with recruiting new team members
