Job Overview
Universal Logistics Inc. is a leading provider of customised transportation and logistics solutions across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. We specialise in providing our customers with scalable, full-service supply chain solutions, from transportation and contract logistics to global trade management. We are currently seeking a meticulous and reliable individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk (Work from Home). This is a Full-Time, remote position offering a competitive hourly rate of $30 - $35 USD per hour. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our operations by ensuring the accurate and efficient entry of critical data into our systems. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Accurately input and update data from various sources, such as shipping manifests and client documents, into our company databases.
• Perform regular verification and quality control checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry, identifying and rectifying any errors or missing information.
• Generate reports, retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested, and perform regular backups.
• Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company and client information at all times.
• Organise and maintain files and records to ensure they remain updated and easily accessible.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency and consistency in data management.
