Job Description
The Environmental Services Director at The Fountains oversees maintenance, housekeeping services, departmental budget, and operational / safety standards.
What will I do every day?
- Proactively manage the physical condition of the community
- Oversee landscape and grounds keeping maintenance & ensuring safety
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships
- Ensure implementation of Safety & Disaster Preparedness Plan, Policies & Procedures and regulatory compliance (. licensing, OSHA, .
- Procure new equipment, supplies, and / or furnishings
- Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
- Maintain required records, reports, and equipment / supply manuals
- Participate in all property inspections
- Interview, hire, train, manage and retain highly effective associates
- Prepare a staffing schedule that services the needs of the community while managing labor and material costs
- Execute the apartment turn, apartment readiness, transfer, and move-out processes effectively and compassionately
- Perform other related duties as required
What will I need to be successful in this role?
Special Requirements and / or Certifications :
