What Does An Administrative Coordinator With Paul Davis Do?

• Fields calls from customers and team members and builds rapport
• Oversees environmental documentations for AQMD, RCRA, DTSC, OSHA, etc.
• Prepares estimates and invoices for environmental services
• Oversees and organizes certifications, health checks, and employee training updates
• Creates office systems and waste manifests
• Problem solves and helps people find solutions
• Improves the community by serving others
• Learns new things about construction and building homes
