Role Scope :

The Environmental Services Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and functional environment within the assigned facility. This includes cleaning and sanitizing various areas, performing minor maintenance, and ensuring that all supplies are adequately stocked. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Continue to raise the bar. Constructively seek and share feedback and help us implement changes in order to improve clinical outcomes and experience for participants.
• Exhibit and honor Habitat's values.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Wash windows, walls, and mirrors as needed.
• Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks, such as carpet shampooing or floor waxing.
• Ensure all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Report any hazards, damaged equipment, or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Use cleaning products and equipment according to manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines.
• Monitor cleaning supply levels and notify the supervisor when reordering is needed.
• Organize and maintain the storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Lock and unlock doors and secure buildings as required.
• Removal of potential fall hazards
• Set up and take down equipment or furniture for events and activities.
• Performs related duties as assigned.

Compensation :

We take into account an individual's qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for medical / dental / vision insurance, short and long-term disability, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) savings, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The expected salary range for this position is $21- $24 / hour. The actual offer will be at the company's sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate's qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.
