Corporate Associate – Private Equity, M&A & Capital Markets
New York (with flexibility for SF, LA, Chicago, Palo Alto)
Compensation : $250,000 – $373,000 (DOE + Bonus)
JD Class Years : 2018 and earlier

This elite global firm is seeking experienced corporate associates to join its nationally recognized Corporate & Financial Services team , known for its high-impact work, collaborative culture, and rapid paths to responsibility.
You’ll work directly with market-leading partners and clients on sophisticated private equity , M&A , and capital markets transactions across a range of industries—from tech and finance to energy and healthcare.

You’re a Fit If You Have :
3+ years of corporate transactional experience (AmLaw or boutique firm preferred)
Strong exposure to private equity , M&A , and / or capital markets
Proven ability to lead due diligence , draft and negotiate deal documents, and manage closings
A JD from a top-tier law school and strong academic credentials
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a hunger for responsibility and growth
