The Registered Nurse Director ER will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and will oversee a dedicated team of nursing staff, including RNs, techs, and support personnel. This role will collaborate closely with physicians, department leaders, and administrative teams to ensure seamless operations and the highest standards of patient care. The Registered Nurse Director ER will also work alongside other department heads to drive organizational goals and initiatives.

The Registered Nurse Director ER will lead a high-energy, fast-paced emergency department with 26 beds. Serving a diverse patient population, this unit is known for its supportive, collaborative culture and commitment to excellence. The Registered Nurse Director ER will work alongside exceptional MDs, RNs, and techs to deliver life-saving care in a dynamic and challenging environment.

The Registered Nurse Director ER will be responsible for the 24 / 7 administrative and clinical oversight of the emergency department. This includes mentoring and developing nursing staff, ensuring clinical competencies, and driving quality improvement initiatives. On the administrative side, the Registered Nurse Director ER will manage budgeting, staffing, and operational efficiency while fostering strong physician relations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
