Position Overview
An established title company is seeking an Escrow Assistant with 2 to 5 years of residential with STRONG curative experience. This role supports Escrow Officers with opening, processing, and closing files while maintaining accuracy, communication, and strong customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with opening new escrow files and gathering required documents
Support the full residential escrow process from contract to close
Communicate with agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers to keep files on track
Prepare basic escrow and closing documents under the direction of an Escrow Officer
Update file notes, track deadlines, and maintain accurate records
Follow up on missing items and help ensure timely closings
Provide professional and friendly customer service throughout the transaction
Qualifications
2 to 5 years of residential escrow experience
Strong understanding of the escrow and closing process
Ability to manage multiple files with accuracy and organization
Clear and professional communication skills
Experience with escrow software is helpful
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
