We’re seeking a detail‑oriented, client‑focused Estate Planning Case Manager to join our team and help us deliver excellence at every step of the client journey.
✨ What You’ll Do
Oversee the Estate Planning team, assigning new matters and managing workloads.
Review and quality‑check client documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Communicate directly with clients, answering questions and guiding them through the process.
Monitor department email and delegate tasks appropriately.
Process new files, confirm engagement agreements and payments, and assign workflows.
Conduct legal research and coordinate with outside counsel or professional services.
Collaborate with firm leadership on process documentation, cross‑departmental initiatives, and firm management.
Track matter profitability and ensure cases move efficiently from design to signing.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal certificate, JD, or equivalent experience preferred.
3–5 years of experience with estate planning or legal document preparation.
Strong knowledge of Texas estate planning; familiarity with family law, probate, and guardianship a plus.
Proficiency with WealthCounsel and Mycase.
Exceptional attention to detail, writing skills, and commitment to professional ethics.
